In May of 2017, a major update was uploaded to this site. The lecture notes have been ehnanced, with old topics expanded and new topics added. Spreadsheets have been updated, and a new spreadsheet for analyzing raw data has been added. This is all part of completing the transition of the course from relying on hand-held calculators to using Excel to do the statistical analysis. See the the about this site link for more details.

In addition, this site now also includes the new textbook, Probability and Stochastic Processes . by William Ray. This text is derived from two graduate mathematics courses taught by the author to doctoral students in telecommunications engineering at the University of Oklahoma Tulsa campus. The book provides a rigorous introduction to probability and random processes, but with a special emphasis on topics and applications important to researchers in telecommunications. Finally, this page includes a live RSS feed to Science Daily News which updates four times daily. Other RSS feeds are elsewhere on this site.
